A Cloud Nine creates a wonderful soft romantic theme in the form of 'floating clouds' and are available singularly or in a 3 or 5 formation. A cloud consists of nine latex balloons tied together and are linked to another cloud by ribbons or tulle netting and then weighted to the floor. They float in mid air behind a top table or beside a dance floor, and give a fantastic effect to any party or reception.
