Balloon in a Box Deliveries

How are the balloons delivered?  In a large white sealed box.  The recipient will have no idea what's inside!

Who delivers your balloons?  All our balloons are delivered by Royal Mail.

What time will my balloons be delivered?  This depends on the delivery type you choose, we offer 1st class postage which is dependant on your usual post delivery time or you can choose guaranteed delivery before 9am or guaranteed before 1pm. We are unable to deliver balloons in the afternoon.

What happens if nobody is home?  Royal Mail will leave a card giving instructions on how to rearrange your delivery or collect from a local sorting office.

Can the box be left at the property for example, in a shed, porch?  Only if 1st class postage is selected. All other deliveries require a signature.

I need a signature to prove this was delivered, can I get one?  Yes. we can request one from Royal Mail. Please bear in mind this can take 3-5 days to arrive.

I need to amend the delivery details or message etc.  Can I do this after the order has been confirmed? Yes we are more than happy to change anything as long as the box has not been despatched.

Can you deliver on a Saturday? Yes Royal Mail now offer a guaranteed delivery service on a Saturday.

If I want to send a gift anonymously, is this possible?  Yes, no other information other than you message on the card is ever passed to the recipient.

Can you guarantee exact day delivered for BFPO numbers? BFPO deliveries cannot be guaranteed to arrive on the exact day selected.
